~ The Assembly ~
Fantastyk is a diverse world made up of independent ruling bodies,
most converging in a worldwide forum known as the Assembly. The Assembly
is divided into the Declarative and Judgement
Commissions.
The Declarative Commission is the
executive council of the Assembly. The members of the Declarative
Commission have veto power, by majority vote, over the doctrine proposed
by the full Assembly. The following races have representation on the
Declarative Commission:
The Judgement Commission does not
have veto power, however they sponsor or author proposed doctrine. The
following races have representation on the Judgement Commission:
